We are forced to work 16 hour shifts in heat that the normal person can't handle! Alcoa doesn't care about their employees!

More time to improve the work we do - remove the ineffective meetings and over explaining to management just to justify your positions - let us get on with it and remove the road blocks.

There is nothing but production. No safety,training ,planning,we are understaffed, no advancement oppurtunities,no quality in our products. It never was like this before. May need a shakeup of our management team

The machine shop general manager has no idea what he is doing when managing a machine shop. Besides, he has an attitude that he is better than everyone else. He says some people "are beneath him."
