Leadership is no longer considered a value at Oracle. We have plenty of management, but lack any leadership.

Oracle believes that only Exec's and top leadership should reap the benefits of the hard working employee's. It's been over a decade of doing more work with no pay increases, Job titles change, but compensation does not.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
the option of working from home

I work hard and highly value the ability to work from home. I'm happy and the company gets more productivity from me as a result.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Leadership. Basically the lack of clear goals and constant reorg's impact productivity. Oracle has several programs for Co. culture, but management does not follow it.

Lack of respect, treating employees as disposible resources. Oracle does not actually consider experience a benefit.
