What is the best part about your compensation package?
PTO earnings are nice and the bi-weekly pay schedule

I am a contracted tutor so I am paid by the hour. I love that payments are made by direct deposit twice a week and clients are held responsible for missed sessions or last minute cancellations.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Clients are charged a lot of money and i don't even get paid half of what clients pay. i feel i should make at least $5 more an hour .

I think the hourly rate is not what it should be. I've worked excessive hours for this company for limited compensation and if the benefits were better maybe it would even out but that's not been the case.

I don't actually work with a specific team, but when I have had questions, they are answered with great promptness and clarity.

we did not have meetings. all communications were via email

Occasionally issues are addressed but there is no confirmation email so I am not aware at first that the problem was corrected.

The freedom to be able to teach to my students' needs. Also, having material in the platform when needed.
