They are very transparent with upcoming changes. however, my team lacks engagement from my leader. Information for my role changes annually. we are not consistently sent the information unless Humana has a policy or guideline change. We are a remote team and we don't have monthly meetings.

I believe a lot is expected from us for the money. Many times additional responsibilities come without admiral raises or bonuses. With over time, team leads (hourly) make more than supervisors (salary)

Because I working for Humana for 16 years and my salary is very low for what I doing and I don’t understand why we has to a bad insurance is it Humana a big insurance company in the pass I remember we paid less and the copay is really good, like $10 to $20 for doctors office now Humana doesn’t pay
