They are very transparent with upcoming changes. however, my team lacks engagement from my leader. Information for my role changes annually. we are not consistently sent the information unless Humana has a policy or guideline change. We are a remote team and we don't have monthly meetings.

Organize themselves and stop harassing their employees. Everyone needs to rest to function, if you keep overworking employees, productivity will decrease

Leadership is a responsibility. Some leaders abuse their power by Commanding and micromanaging.

Understanding employees and how they put undue pressure on them and not enough conversations on how work actually gets done. They say to speak up but they don't really mean it. My concerns and comments don't ever go past my manager and he is too busy to care.

At humana your immediate manager decides your overall success. If you fall in bad team then you have to face Micro management and Hostile work environment. Companies leadership team must check culture across each team and you will be surprised to find so many bad managers.
