i work at humana india but there is a problem here in india we get very less paid as compare to humana employees in usa we get 2050$ per year yeah you heard right per year 2050$ and employees in usa getting an average salary of 49500$ per year why this much difference please explain

Get rid rid of toxic buddy high school culture

Care more about the employees, hire a new leader team, HR should be more involved on how the employees are treated.

The mission and values speak of thriving, inclusion, and togetherness, but this is only if you agree with the direction of your leadership team. The company needs to ensure leaders are properly trained in its mission and values and can actually lead people in an engaging and servant leadership way.

They need to put themselves I'm other shoes for those of us who are out in the field and make sure our safety and time is top priority.

Management and cultural policies made by Humana is good but it is not getting enforced at all level. It burn down to your immediate manager. If you are able to able to find good immediate manager your life will be good else you will endup leaving.

Drop the scripting, it's fake and the members know it. It's offensive to us all. Let the nurse BE a nurse and not a programmed robot reading the LONG disclaimer, trust us they KNOW all calls are recorded, we call them every 2-4 weeks and saying RN when calling or leaving a message is NOT HIPPA
