What did you like most about the interview process?

The ability to interview with the management by zoom

My initial interview was great and the feedback from the HR representative during the process was amazing. However, for all subsequent transfers that I've put in for (didn't get), the communication has been awful. There has been no feedback which I believe internal candidates deserve.

Straight forward and honest. Manager set the expectations for the job in an honest manner.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?

Hiring practices are convoluted and difficult to navigate. Done 100% remote.

Many internal candidates are never interviewed because HR recruiter selection which short changes candidates who may be benefit from networking, exposure to higher levels of leadership and constructive feedback to learn from the interview experience.

Most supervisors do know the interview process

An interview should not determine what you bring to the table.

During interviews ask about integrity.

Humana recruiters should be more responsive after and interview and what is happening in the process. I am in a role that I believe is good for me now but based on what I know now the company is not taking advantage of all my capabilities.
