Our leadership needs to be more consistent with "walking the talk". They talk about caring for members but then don't provide care by delaying it and not treating their staff well. Staff are overworked and underpaid.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We do the same job as others in other states but don't get anywhere near comparable pay or time off, despite working for the same organization. More pay and more time off along with a defined benefit pension would make me feel better about compensation.

Tons of cliques. Some lazy or clueless but it's a union job. Hard to get rid of deadwood

It was a panel interview and the questions were answerable although didnt really pertain to the job and I felt I wasnt able to make my strengths as an employee show also I almost didnt get the position because one member of the panel didnt like me, thank God she was overruled I wont be here 12 years

Corruption at the HR level with cover ups and dishonesty which has destroyed the relationship. This has gone unchecked even though various other executives are aware.
