Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would just like to make a little more money to reach a livable wage that will match inflation. As a result of political changes and a raise in minimum wage, we are experiencing a moment of inflation where everything costs just a little more.

Having a variety of bosses over the previous 3.5 years and an informal annual review process has allowed compensation conversations to fall between the cracks. However, I believe that this issue is largely fixed.

What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is full of hard workers, but they also know how to have fun. They are very supportive in regards to work and even personally, sending prayers when someone is sick etc.

My team is located all across the country. It's fantastic being able to communicate with them clearly wherever I am. It's always a joy working with them.

Everyone is kind to one another and we have monthly office wide lunches in order to get to know everyone.

Being able to work where I'd like. I don't feel trapped at all, I can simply move to another spot. There is a lot of freedom here, but there's still a sense of having to be responsible with said freedom. It's a refreshing workplace.
