Endulge in fair and professional practices by lower management at the Airport. There a thing that happens at the airport that the main headquarters isn't aware of

We do not have good work rules like unionized carriers. Our hourly rate is good but a unionized carrier that makes less per/hr actually makes a lot more money when you factor in work rules. We have to work more hours per month to make what the other legacy carriers make necausr they have work rules.

Coworkers were always stressed and upset. The job was cliquey and people always threw one another under the bus to escape being yelled at by management for faults that were not theirs.

What's going on is that management at stations are shoving rules and saftey guidelines which can hurt an employee down our throats. It takes to long to transfer to another station. Also, takes to long to get full time. Some of us ready reserves have families to feed bills to pay and can t.

What do you like best about your company?
The Flight Benefits are probably what I like best about the company. The front line employees are fun and generally work great together. Mid management at the station is fairly close knit and there is a good ole boy mentality among them.
