I am currentlt in school for Avionics, I also have my - A&P license. I enjoy working wiTh Aircraft snd has been a hibby since i was a 9 year old kid.

They respect everyone culture and beliefs

Free flavored water and coffee, the people are incredible, we laugh, we cry, we debate, and at the end of the day we all got each other's back regardless.

every day is a challenge but its a job i enjoy

The most positive about the culture of the company is the willingness to assist and help each other out. The desire to work and get the job done safely and then to head home.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

The people who arenin leadership

We need to focus on cross functionality and ensure we are creating tools that truly help us to achieve our goals.

Give incentive to work hard and take on more responsibility.

overall communication. it's better at the top, but local management is not effectively communicating.

More focus on people management and holding leaders accountable. Being open to diverse points of view. Creating psychological safety where people can bring their whole selves to work.

Stop trying to appease everone its called work for a reason.

Be fair to all employees

Some divisions goals are not aligned to others.

Be fair to all people. Dont llet some people wear weave braids to there butt . Then make other people put there hair up. Be consistent.

Hire better Management and put better OSM in place

Work/life balance MUST improve. Delta works people in to the ground. We expect speed but with bare minimum resources that forces sustained loooong hours and often cutting corners to meet arbitrary deadlines.
