Be fair to all people. Dont llet some people wear weave braids to there butt . Then make other people put there hair up. Be consistent.
Hire better Management and put better OSM in place
Work/life balance MUST improve. Delta works people in to the ground. We expect speed but with bare minimum resources that forces sustained loooong hours and often cutting corners to meet arbitrary deadlines.
