If everyone was held to the same expectations it would really help. Some people work harder and do more but there really is no incentive to since we are paid equally.

We are not equal. We do not have the same knowledge base yet we paid the same and don't do the same amount of work.

Competitive fear-based culture where people are more concerned with getting credit vs working together collaboratively for the greater good.

Hire amployees instead of using contractors

Interact, quit acting like you are above everyone cause you have wirked for Delta for 15 years. Share information.

It's the quality of people who are hired that needs improving.

Coworkers were always stressed and upset. The job was cliquey and people always threw one another under the bus to escape being yelled at by management for faults that were not theirs.

Many of my coworkers are obviously there for the flight benefits instead of establishing a career, and will barely do the bare minimum their job requires. I don't think it's fair they get retirement with those benefits faster than I get full-time status.
