Young with NO personal business experience or life experience. Makes poor decisions so they can at least say they are in charge. Because of their lack of experience, the decisions are lacking in common sense, basic skills, and lack of reasoning.

communication and transparency. Compensation and health insurance. Every thing is cosmetic. A/C and elevators are a mess but the buildings inside look fabulous but cheap.

Communication, be fair, do what is equal to all parties. Make sure everyone is in uniform. If not send them home. Nake sure all wmployees are well groomed. Why is it you let some people where a tie in there hairand dreads amd weabe down to there butt, but the look book says all hair up if long.
