Communicating respectfully, assisting fellow employees accordingly, stop the segregation between employees as well as take into consideration how employees feel
Young with NO personal business experience or life experience. Makes poor decisions so they can at least say they are in charge. Because of their lack of experience, the decisions are lacking in common sense, basic skills, and lack of reasoning.

We enjoy eachothers company and are good to each other
work well together great team work
If everyone was held to the same expectations it would really help. Some people work harder and do more but there really is no incentive to since we are paid equally.
We are not equal. We do not have the same knowledge base yet we paid the same and don't do the same amount of work.
Competitive fear-based culture where people are more concerned with getting credit vs working together collaboratively for the greater good.
Hire amployees instead of using contractors
Interact, quit acting like you are above everyone cause you have wirked for Delta for 15 years. Share information.

Free flavored water and coffee, the people are incredible, we laugh, we cry, we debate, and at the end of the day we all got each other's back regardless.
The people who arenin leadership
We need to focus on cross functionality and ensure we are creating tools that truly help us to achieve our goals.
Give incentive to work hard and take on more responsibility.
overall communication. it's better at the top, but local management is not effectively communicating.
More focus on people management and holding leaders accountable. Being open to diverse points of view. Creating psychological safety where people can bring their whole selves to work.
Simple questions and easy to follow
I liked the opportunity to be yourself and the STAR model
Getting to know someone & the History of the company.
The ability to speak with several hiring managers and current employees.
The professionalism of the Human Resources Department
Shorten the length. Less interviews.
Less interviews (I was once interviewed 6 times before being turned down for a position) more communication during the interview process.
no stars questions. base the job more on talent and knowledge rather than who you know.
The candidate experience is really poor. The time from start to finish can be incredibly long.
Set higher standards for employment.

Leaving and days when thete is no woke events or emails
The people I work with daily
Helping people, the assistance and support
Working for a company where all employee's like & coming in and doing their jobs. Pilots have held us back due to being able to. Contingencies should be put in place such as reserve pilots but hours in the sky then pose an issue.
The customer recognition and job responsibilities.
Changing the people who are in leadership toles
communication and better and longer training
Overall there is no incentive to work hard and be a good employee. I get paid the same as crappy works and my efforts were not noticed or appreciated. If you are a hard worker you’re just expected to do more.
Treat the employee fairly on the ramp
NOT FORCING VACCINES ON EMPLOYEES
Review from Customer Support Dept
The Flight Benefits are probably what I like best about the company. The front line employees are fun and generally work great together. Mid management at the station is fairly close knit and there is a good ole boy mentality among them.
Review from Operations Dept
The ability for promotion and growth.
