Interviewing for a flight attendant position is difficult but very rewarding. I have interview 6 times and trying on my 7th. It would be nice if it were easier for internal employees to interview for a flight attendant position

how personable and fun it was. Their overall goal was to get potential candidates to remove nerves and just be themselves.

Less interviews (I was once interviewed 6 times before being turned down for a position) more communication during the interview process.

The candidate experience is really poor. The time from start to finish can be incredibly long.
