What did you like most about the interview process?

Simple questions and easy to follow

I liked the opportunity to be yourself and the STAR model

Getting to know someone & the History of the company.

Interviewing for a flight attendant position is difficult but very rewarding. I have interview 6 times and trying on my 7th. It would be nice if it were easier for internal employees to interview for a flight attendant position

Shorten the length. Less interviews.

Less interviews (I was once interviewed 6 times before being turned down for a position) more communication during the interview process.

no stars questions. base the job more on talent and knowledge rather than who you know.

The candidate experience is really poor. The time from start to finish can be incredibly long.

Set higher standards for employment.
