    Flight benefits, health, wellness, 401k with company contribution and match, volunteer opportunities, stock options, restricted stock grants, bonus structure and profit sharing

  • Travel benefits, if you can get time off to use them. And with planes being full so often these days, getting to use the travel benefits is complicated at more often than not. Also, as a ready reserve you get 3% contribution to your 401k (new benefit) and five of the nine holidays that a benefited employee gets. However, as a ready reserve you have to work the holiday to get the benefit of the time and a half. If you don't work it, you get absolutely nothing from it - such as a banked holiday to take a day off at a time of your choosing.

  • They have a good brand and set the pace in the airline industry. That being said, ready reserve is not innovative and is lacking in flexibility and lack of time off.

  • Comprehensive packaging. Travel. Nice people to work with. Concerned people. Most managers are nice. Most coworkers. Emphasis on MOST. Hard work but rewarding. Sleep good at night too.
