What benefits does Delta Airlines provide?

Flight benefits, health, wellness, 401k with company contribution and match, volunteer opportunities, stock options, restricted stock grants, bonus structure and profit sharing
Travel benefits, if you can get time off to use them. And with planes being full so often these days, getting to use the travel benefits is complicated at more often than not. Also, as a ready reserve you get 3% contribution to your 401k (new benefit) and five of the nine holidays that a benefited employee gets. However, as a ready reserve you have to work the holiday to get the benefit of the time and a half. If you don't work it, you get absolutely nothing from it - such as a banked holiday to take a day off at a time of your choosing.

How innovative is Delta Air Lines?
Not quite but they are resourceful.

They have a good brand and set the pace in the airline industry. That being said, ready reserve is not innovative and is lacking in flexibility and lack of time off.

Comprehensive packaging. Travel. Nice people to work with. Concerned people. Most managers are nice. Most coworkers. Emphasis on MOST. Hard work but rewarding. Sleep good at night too.

Can be slow, can be fast, can be out of control.
It depends on which department and the hours.
Very comfortable, for my group CTT.
How difficult is it to maintain a social life while in your job at Delta Airlines?
During probation it’s hard.
If working long hours and a long commute, extremely difficult.
Very good since you have somewhat control of your schedule

Never did anything outside of delta but the parties on premises were nice.

Told us on the spot. Met with HR.
Leads technicians and fellow coworkers. I heard back from the the hiring manager within a couple of weeks.

What's the work from home policy like at Delta Air Lines?
Don’t know
Again fantastic. People are empowered to work from where they like to work from. In any shop it can be abused but for the most part this is working well for CTT.

As long as you do your job in a professional manner you should feel secure at Delta. I feel secure as I go in and do my job daily as expected.

Which office? we have so many. Mine is cubical, based.
