Asked to the Engineering Department at United Airlines

  • Absolutely horrible. Backstabbing cutthroat environment to get projects completed. Normal workweek is well in excess of 70 hours, with many hours on nights/graveyard, weekends and holidays. Nothing quite like receiving overtime as a holiday bonus. Management promotes people based on "extracurricular activities" - retaliates against whistleblowers.
