Fun, fun, fun! Southwest Airlines does not skimp on throwing a party.
What is the daily attire at Southwest Airlines?
One of my favorite things about Southwest Airlines is the dress code. We can wear shorts and a tshirt if we'd like. I normally wear jeans and a dress shirt. Some people dress in business attire. It is up to the individual, as long as it is respectful. All contract employees wear the company uniforms.

We do not allow pets in our workplace. I would be the first to vote that in as I have 4 dogs and love animals.

How flexible is your work schedule at Southwest Airlines?
They have a Flex Time program. Basically you are expected to work core hours (8-5). I know some people work 6-3 or 9-6 but if will attend later (or earlier) meetings if required. If you need to go to Dr or whatever, you work that out with your manager.

Friendly, fun, caring, helpful, and supportive like family.

Quick on most days, Saturday’s are usually the slowest unless there are weather or maintenance issues.
How much and how often do raises happen at Southwest Airlines?

Yearly per union contract until you are topped out. Once you’ve topped out, you only get a raise when a new contract comes out which is usually every 5 years.
