  • One of my favorite things about Southwest Airlines is the dress code. We can wear shorts and a tshirt if we'd like. I normally wear jeans and a dress shirt. Some people dress in business attire. It is up to the individual, as long as it is respectful. All contract employees wear the company uniforms.

  • They have a Flex Time program. Basically you are expected to work core hours (8-5). I know some people work 6-3 or 9-6 but if will attend later (or earlier) meetings if required. If you need to go to Dr or whatever, you work that out with your manager.
