Remember Herb's motto: Take good care of your employees and your employees will take good care of your customers.
These people are so busy making up promotional stunts they forgot how to run a real company.
Take outside Diversity training, carr for employees, take responsibility for the leadership they promote. Stop the Hire to Fire practice.
The only people on the leadership team that is on our side are the supervisors. Until he can see as more than just numbers, this company will be going down on flames.

It's been over 5 years since our work group has received an increase in compensation. Meanwhile the Consumer Price Index has risen 22%. At the very least, we need a Cost Of Living Adjustment.
Compensation that is comparable to my region
stop taking away benefits or pay higher salary
Base pay was lower than market rate

Felt like family. The team was worked for the good of the company and fellow employees.
We typically have pre-defined objectives and do our best to stay on track in achieving those objectives
Our work group is generally unified and supportive of each other.
Innovative, truly agile, compassionate, and teamwork ability.
Communication skills need to improve.
An accountable team and a proper management that empowers the employees to contribute and when given the chance, fire the bad ones.
Work together and not be for one's self
The teams are a mix of people who are simply driven for the next promotion and people who genuinely want to help. The main challenge is they don't really do "roles" and managers are spread thin to appear productive, meaning there is no real mentorship or development.
Hire quality people and quit worring about who not to hire.
Extend high level of autonomy to Employees

Leadership Management overview of management through the eyes of CSA, Ramp Agents, OP agents
Positive atmosphere. Desire to help employees succeed.
Less probing and more conversational or discussion style of interview.
The scheduling was great, but it could've been like I need to, and they were very informative with the next process and steps for interview
Relaxed atmosphere for the most part
Quick, easy, transparent, matches with my day to day
take care of the people and the rest will take care of you.
Be more involved with applicants, on your status
Be transparent about pay and signing bonus payout. Company pays signing bonus a year later which is unusual
Not take as long to make hiring decision
Don't lie about Golden Rule, what kind of environment you have.
Company actively supports Golden Rule for both Customers and Employees

The freedom to be ourselves and make decisions on our own.
Empowerment by local Management to make decisions without having the Home Office having the final say in personnel issues.
