Review from Customer Support Dept

Remember Herb's motto: Take good care of your employees and your employees will take good care of your customers.

These people are so busy making up promotional stunts they forgot how to run a real company.

Take outside Diversity training, carr for employees, take responsibility for the leadership they promote. Stop the Hire to Fire practice.

The only people on the leadership team that is on our side are the supervisors. Until he can see as more than just numbers, this company will be going down on flames.

Recognizing good deeds and service

Respecting front line employees efforts

Stop adding random meaningless additions to already well established and effective procedures

Review from Operations Dept

Caring about anything but money

Review from Engineering Dept

Focusing on employees as much as the airplanes.

Stop making decisions that only benefit those at the top. They spent $500 million on stock buybacks in 2017. That is $500 million less that was paid out out to employees through profit-sharing. The stock buy backs lift the stock price which benefits those at the top whose bonuses are paid with stock

Review from Operations Dept

engaging the work staff in their efforts

Review from Operations Dept

Stop talking and start listening. SWA is brilliant covering up issues and refocusing attention elsewhere. They only ask the questions they want to hear about, but leave out the important stuff.
