Positive atmosphere. Desire to help employees succeed.

Less probing and more conversational or discussion style of interview.

The scheduling was great, but it could've been like I need to, and they were very informative with the next process and steps for interview

It was fun! Kind of goes with the company.

Getting 4 people from different parts of the company doing the interview, allowing me to get to onow different aspects of the company. Plus these people were so friendly and made me feel at ease and treated me like i was extremelly important throughout the process.

The process is thorough but can take a while since we receive so many resumes.

take care of the people and the rest will take care of you.

Be more involved with applicants, on your status

Be transparent about pay and signing bonus payout. Company pays signing bonus a year later which is unusual

Not take as long to make hiring decision

Don't lie about Golden Rule, what kind of environment you have.

Not to use 3rd party company to do initial interview
