What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Communication skills need to improve.

An accountable team and a proper management that empowers the employees to contribute and when given the chance, fire the bad ones.

Work together and not be for one's self

The teams are a mix of people who are simply driven for the next promotion and people who genuinely want to help. The main challenge is they don't really do "roles" and managers are spread thin to appear productive, meaning there is no real mentorship or development.

Hire quality people and quit worring about who not to hire.

there is high amounts of intimidation from coworkers and management

Coworkers are rude and need to listen. When you tell them to stop they need to stop harassing you.

I think we could improve on our customer servicr

Technology improvements Communication, support of the management staff

Review from Operations Dept

Different management is needed to stop this company's freefall

Review from Engineering Dept

The company needs to do a better job screening candidate for my department. Its a physical job, and they hire a lot of people who are clearly NOT interested in performing physical labor. The employees that come to work ready to work get along great. The lazy people are seen as outsiders.

Review from Operations Dept

A lot of employees are bitter and numb, just going thru the motions. Unionized employees no longer trust management.
