Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have been working for this company for almost a decade and don't even make 20$ an hour. I can barely survive in a large city like Chicago.

I am a Lead making the amount other companies would offer as a starting pay for associates. I love the workplace culture and coworkers so I stay in hopes of a raise or promotion.

The fashion pieces. Forever 21 is not like any other retailer. They go outside of the box & above and beyond to bring you something different with clothing.
