Knowing my coworkers relate to me and its not merely myself. However, I will say that, this is not something we should all be experiencing. This is a toxic environment which explains why people quit, people are hired and rehired consistently.

The quality of the product is not the prive that theyre trying to sell it for, and the sizes are way too reduce.
New ownership and new management
Its hot, they dont do anything about our ac or when im working it doesnt exist. I have had a heat strok before and they asked if i could still work. They do not care about their employees unless they have a person relationship outside of work. They judge their customers too.
Store needs more staff and better product

Managers are not organized, employees are treated poorly, breaks are not taken when they should be, we are still hiring when we are low on payroll, cash wrap ends up taking everyone from the floor, workers arent trained properly making everyone's job twice as hard.
Too much confusion need more stability

Management is whats wrong and two people should probably be evaluated
Prevent stealing from happening at all
If the company actually listened when employees spoke out about their manager. Instead they chose to ignore it.
Poor management. It could be improved by either getting rid of them or just training them how to properly do their jobs.
Management has lacked effective communication.
Customers just shop because theyre bored. Or want things for an event cheap.

Bad management and toxic employees
I quit the job to go back to school.
I explained it already they just have negative energy
The employees do nothing but hide in break rooms, managers hire without correct info in the system, & customers often leave unsatisfied
