What do you like best about the leadership team?

they listen to everyone and the open door policy

it was ok leader ship

they all make sure we stay on track and get the store as perfect as possible

I love my manger cause I know she truly does care about us as employees, but anyone avobe her dont care at all when I asked my DM for a raise cause of the new coast of living adjusment, she suggest that it may be "more helpful" to work more hours instead of a raise...

They are always motivated even on bad days which is amazing they have high expectations for all empoyees no matter rank or experience it was always fun getting challenged

They are very helpful and easy going! Love how informative they are when giving instructions

The leadership team provides us with the sales and discounts going around, however management could definitely be a whole lot better by ensuring employees are not feeling overwhelmed.

I think all management should close and be fair

Seeing employees as people and treating them as such. Listening.

The team needs to get better at communicating, respecting their employees and learning how to manage the hours.

The leadership team needs to be more organized and ensure that everyone is going on lunches at the proper time, work is distributed in a equal manner. Most importantly not taking absolutely away everyone from the floor to cash wrap, this makes the floor get neglected.

The leadership needs to get better at valuing their employees. Treating them with respect and like human beings.

Communication, no favorites, working on what’s a Priority & delegating proper

Not being rude ir talking about the employees when they cant show up to work people life happens. All managers should get evaluated by staff and corporate. Corporate should talk to the employees and get full honesty managers should get trained hr should be involved more.benefits for brand ambassador
