I love my manger cause I know she truly does care about us as employees, but anyone avobe her dont care at all when I asked my DM for a raise cause of the new coast of living adjusment, she suggest that it may be "more helpful" to work more hours instead of a raise...
They are always motivated even on bad days which is amazing they have high expectations for all empoyees no matter rank or experience it was always fun getting challenged
