What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

good team work environment and culture

They all definitely try to have a positive spin on things which I appreciate

Honestly only the employees made it a good environment

I work around great people and they are open to embrace one another

Whenever our visual annd store manager are not in the building, otherwise a very toxic enviorment

We have a ton of diversity and thats is something that I truly enjoy.

Most of the flow workers are constantly picking each other up and appreciating each other.

We all have things in common which making work with them a breeze

Meeting and helping customers and fixing up our shops

Some of the other managers made my experience fine.

We are diversed, but other than that, it is just about it. There without a doubt is favoritism in the building and it is noticeable.

My fellow brand ambassadors because they validate my feelings and share their negative experiences with management so I know it is not just me.

The coworkers are positive but that is all

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

management, not just in the store but outside who oversee certain location

Focus more on running the business and not fraternizing and friendships

Having actual leadship meetings. Work towards creating a happy work environment instead of a toxic one. Team needs to all work together

They need to stop being bullies and using their positions as a way to pick on people.

They need to change in a good way their accountability, communication, and how to come together as a team.

They should Give people hours

Hiring managers actually capable of the job titles they own & actually caring about their employees instead of just viewing them as disposable.

I believe the district manager makes it uncomfortable to work and and is unnecessarily rude to the employees so terminating her would be positively effective to the company.

Its toxic because of management.

Like I said they need to work on they communicate skills and not get attitudes when people ask questions about how they suppose to do they job

An open line of communication needs to be had, a better respect for everyone, and actual work ethics.
