I liked the scenario questions i was given because they are the best way to get to know someone and also gets a better understanding on how someone would react when it comes to a certain situation.
The interview process was relatively easy the manager that interviewed me at the time did make me feel positive about coming onto the team however once on the team I quickly began to experience lots of negativity
I liked that the questions were unique ones and not generic ones. The questions consisted of some scenarios which I feel give one the opportunity to tell a story and give a realistic response.
It was a group interview so
I enjoyed the open-ended nature of the interview
Communicating and eye contact with quick responses.
Friendly and courteous at all times.
Group interviews make potential employees shine through.
The person interviewing me was so sweet and positive, asking me more questions about my personality than my work experience. She made me feel like she cared about getting to know me.
It was very fast and easy and they hired me quickly.
i have no idea how to improve it
More professionalism, the whole interview was filled with weird and unprofessional questions like "Do you want to work here because youre broke?" Like what?
Having an actual interview instead of having a phone call telling me I'm hired, no questions asked.
With honesty and maturity as well as respect
Dont lie to your employees and tell them they could get rehired when its not true at all.
Not have the manager say "im not here to be your friend" then when you proceed to work there show you that she actually has favorites and they all just happen to be white and they dont get in trouble or have to do anything outside their comfort zone because " i just dont like talking to people"

Actually doing the proper paperwork before hiring.
More communication and organization as well As meeting the current staff and being clued in as to how things are done at that particular store
Review from Sales Dept
Let you know the negatives of the job and actually sticking to store policy and ensuring employee safety.
Review from Sales Dept
Actually doing a background check on who they hire
They can try using a quiet place to take an interview more seriously

Better pay, it’s hard to live off of $300 at most every 2 weeks. We live in NEW YORK.

They ask questions about your goals and listen to how much you love fashion, but that is the only 15 mins they actually care. Then they have you space around whenever they need you to pick up mountains of mess, and disregard you as just a number in the system, that’s all I was. No matter my fashion
