My team is great, my manager always makes sure that we are all heard and that we are our guide to right direction.

My co-workers are always there for each other. We're always willing to pick up shifts for each other. And there are always there to listen.

The only good thing about my team was when they showed up.

Have actually meeting with the employees not iust the managers. Managers should get trainging on how to speak to people and favoritism and not creaking a hostile wokr place like they do at the peabody location in mass

The lower level employees like stock and the brand ambassadors are okay- it's management that is the issue.

Coworkers are unwilling to assist new workers.

It would be awesome if our company did meetings, but they don't. They need to work at good communication, at being more empathic and learning how to work as a team.

There needs to be good communication and respect, I understand the part of being friendly but there's a point where everyone it's just chatting and joking instead of actually working

More team bonding and socials

Showing up for work on time , or even showing up at all . Stop being lazy & help others

If our store manager would stop posting the F word on our group me that would be a good start

They need to get better at communication and also not talking badly about ither coworkers or managers
