A competitive pay for the yrs and hours I work. A better structured rate of pay for the employees who maintain and/or exceed production on a consist level. I think it would motivate those who contribute less to do more. Match a 401k up to 5%-

I work long hours and much required overtime and pay rate does not increase continually! My pay went up first year and half then it stops!
