Very motivating and push you to exceed customer expectations

Review from Sales Dept

Young team with fresh ideas

Usually pretty good, with the exception of general managers, they seem to always be a bit extreme and hard to be around in the work environment.

great ppl to work with

fast decision and execution, inclusive.

Me hacen sentir siempre bienvenido

some of them are nice and respectful. Incredible how 1 person can spoil the whole atmosphere

Some people were exceptional, especially my manager but rest of leadership got no sense for transparent communication. Even we’re forcing employees to switch their work assignments on the edge of legal right

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

How they treat people and how supportive they are of diversity

Review from Operations Dept

They need to get better at communication and how to talk with people. They also need extra training

listen to market/product needs, support staff/team

Review from Marketing Dept

Respecting the employees in the workplace

Respect towards the employees Be a leader and inspire people. I see a lot of people afraid of leadership

Promote work life balance and do what they commit to. If you commit to Friday with no meetings. Don't put 6 meetings on our calendars every Friday. Do what you say you will do. That creates trust and will motivate staff

Fire everyone in TA is Portland starting with the Sr Recruiting Managers. Most are micromanagers who have never led teams. Turn the HR field team! They are violating laws and dont even know.

Figure out why everyone is leaving

Development, growth, respect, and honesty

Realistic adaptation to market and cultural shifts.

Review from Operations Dept

don't lead by intimidation, trust employees, understand that culture creates success not only goal setting.

Review from IT Dept

Having a more diverse leadership of women and men of color who deserve to be in those decision making roles.

Review from Marketing Dept

Divert is lacking. Inclusion is lacking. Greedy leaders at the top.

Review from Sales Dept

They need to be more organized and not pick favorites.
