We are encouraged to take 1-2 hrs for ourselves to prevent work from backing up to the end of the day.

It's a great culture where everyone is respected, appreciated, seen and heard. It's easy to collaborate cross functional and cross boarder. It's also a great open and friendly atmosphere where we have a lot of fun.

work life balance needs to be improved.

Compliment the employees more often

Turn the sr leadership team in TA and retail Field Leaders; Directors and Sr Director are awful. Turn Field HR department.

The HR leaders in Spartanburg needs to change including the Director

unconstructive competition, low level of empathy and leaderships within newly hired VPs and SVPs. Almost completely destroyed fair play spirit based on sports should be fundamentally back.
