After working here for a year and learning more and being able to do more than most other associates my pay has not and will not be adjusted accordingly.

HR process and system is totally disaster. Some of the HR business counterparts are really low level of education on his job. by the way, during last 1-2 years, hiring has been frozen and employees are suffering with real heavy workload.
