Take the time to development their teams. Reevaluate those put in management roles. Just because they can speak Starbucks doesn't mean they are worthy. Actually look through the lens of humanity. Everything you decide affects our livelihoods not just the company's bottom line.

Corporate is constantly cutting labor in stores, which hurts both partner wellbeing and customer service and satisfaction. In addition to these labor cuts, new, extremely time consuming drinks are frequently added to the menu, exacerbating staffing issues.

Trying to save on labor costs is the root of the majority of problems on a store level. We would achieve so much more if we were given the means to support the demands

More staffing during peak periods. Do not think to change the deployment and get the same results. Have more understanding when we can not meet our goals. Do not threaten your partners with write ups and just help them out.

Everything has turned into implementation vs true leadership and the constant pointless Human Resources investigations that seem to be happen all to most everyone just slows everything down.

Treat temp workers better and have less temp workers, more permanent workers overall. Instruct trainers to stop going on power trips and policing/nit-picking the work of employees that they aren't even training. Stop being so strict about conversations/subject matter in a warehouse environment.
