What is the best part about your compensation package?
Well I'm part-time but you get the opportunity to invest in stocks in the 401K and I would advise everyone to do that in this damn time because you never know how the economy is going to be in the future

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel like as a full-time assistant manager that I am are benefits should be paid through the Dollar general and paid leave of absence we have to take one they should give us more. More benefits giving to us rather than us paying out of pocket for them cuz we work hard

every single box on a DG truck is handled by the loader that's a lot of boxes and running to keep up with company goals. I make about 35k annually.bring home after taxes and insurance about 23k a year. The CEO makes 34 million annually and never breaks a sweat.

My evaluations for the past 2 years have been "Exceeds Expectations" Yet, NO RAISES ! ! Insurance used to be great until "Obamacare" hit. Now it is higher and pays for nothing ! !

We don't work together if we don't want to. If we are assigned to help someone we would rather not help we just don't do. Management doesn't care. As long as you're at work they are happy

Don't make false statements about the job. And do yours. I spent over 2 hours at an interview because they did not read my resume before meeting with me. Totally unprepared
