The leadership team needs to try harder to meet the needs of their employees. Many of my coworkers have expenses that make them want to work full time or at least 30 hours a week, but my stores have always kept so many people on staff that no one gets hardly any hours except management.

I work alone every shift and I am the only employee that has this issue. Other shifts and people always have someone to help them clean at least for a few hours and I work 3-close alone every time I work

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The managers and supervisors need to be restrained completely and the area managers need to make sure that what is going on in the stores is up to standard because it definitely isn't, the manager just makes sure it is all okay when we know eval or our regional manager is coming.
