What do you like best about the leadership team?
New Leadership team has taken over and of course they all want to make their own changes to the program. Every two years it seems like Leadership changes and we change with it. Not much consistency.

All non union associates should get better raises. Adding some bonuses would be great incentive.

When you have a good store manager, you shouldn't take advantage of them. When they are covering multiple locations, they should be compensated for it.
