Rite Aid Outlook Employee Reviews

What makes you most happy at work?

Being the super star. The best to ever do it, the ability to work as if i am three employees in one. Being number one at all times. Last but not least, the customer service. I enjoy having moody people leave with a smile due to my customer service.

The customer's are what make me happy and putting smiles on there face

When we all work as a team

Having the chance to help others

My coworkers mostly were what made me happy.

Being with the people i work with and the costumer we come thru Thru

The rapport i have with field leaders and my staff

making the customer happy. I have known many customers for over 20 years.

Nothing, i dont like the job but i have bills and a family to take care of

When we get to do our jobs with little micromanaging.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Not close the store that is needed

nothing could really change it

Cashiers shouldnt be working harder than management & also being taken advantage of by them.

Review from Sales Dept

Safety. Security. Respect. Reward good work.

Store manager needs to treat employees with respect, not talk behind their back..

The stupid new rewards program. Get someone in the store to stop the theives.

Listen to what the employees have to say if you have a happy employee you will have happy customers

We were a beloved local store swallowed by rite aid and standards have fallen

If you take care of the associates and employees the name please in and take care of the customers

Short staffed. RX customer complaints and Unexpected truck delivery days have to stop.

Never enough employees working. Hire people who actually want to work.

Review from Customer Support Dept

The manager doesn’t know how to run a store or know anything t about customer servi

The company has shown on multiple occasions its utter incompetence at running a company and seems on the edge of filing bankruptcy. To make matters worse, they don't care about anyone at store level. To make it better, they need to start paying attention and listening to us.

Review from Customer Support Dept

the pay needs to be raised

Review from Sales Dept

The management is horrendous and I have anxiety going to work.

Review from Sales Dept

Like I said they need to hire more people. We are severely understaffed

Review from Customer Support Dept

Too many rules, regulations and not adequate resources to accomplish expectations. Payroll is lacking significantly. Like trying to dig yourself out of a hole every day and no recognition

Review from Operations Dept

A change in interacting with the customers maybe the option to work from home

Review from Customer Support Dept

Better communications with boss and peers

Review from Admin Dept

Management needs to work with us and stop playing games
