They exist. That is it

not applicable, they have power to fire

We have a Supportive team wotk

New Leadership team has taken over and of course they all want to make their own changes to the program. Every two years it seems like Leadership changes and we change with it. Not much consistency.

Review from Operations Dept

My store manager: fantastic. They have helped me personally develop into a more responsible worker, and have taught me a great deal about leadership and how teamwork indeed does make the dream work. Great boss.

Review from Sales Dept

They are not too overbearing

Besides the manager the supervisors are great

My immediate leads and managers care about us all deeply.

Innovative ideas and the rebranding.

Not much sad to say

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

There needs to be a presence of professionalism. If you want professionals to come work for you, then you need to have that standard and protect the employees against crazy people who come to the store.

understand and working together with schedule

Open ears open mind just be caring in general

Need to get on the floor with thier employees instead of just assuming whats going on from thier thrones

they need to get better at everything

Paying the minimum for management not giving me a cashier's wages

They need to care more about their employees.

Follow through, have more communication with employees.

Listening better to the needs of these long standing employees

Following their own policies and implementation of policies to all employees not just the ones u dont habe close relationships with .

Actually caring for their employees

Better starting wages so management can hire people for a decent rate.

Stop the favoritism. Very unfair that dating employees expected to do less working same shifts

Review from Customer Support Dept

Realizing how over worked and short staffed we are and stop giving us more ro do. Let us catch up and take a breath.

The manager needs to be replaced He has no sense of leadership or team work or common sense really

Everything needs to be done

Respecting their employees and being leaders

Review from Customer Support Dept

Listening to staff especially frontline workers.

They need to start listening and taking complaints seriously. They always pile on more and more statistics to meet to the point that they contradict each other and you'll never meet them all. The leaders don't care about anyone but themselves and take down good employees to get a "Atta boy!"

Review from Customer Support Dept

Treating employees like humans and all equal
