
Encouragement and team work is always used
When we get to do our jobs with little micromanaging.
It was quick and generally easy. Asked all the common interview questions
We have a great team and everyone works together to get things done.
All non union associates should get better raises. Adding some bonuses would be great incentive.
New Leadership team has taken over and of course they all want to make their own changes to the program. Every two years it seems like Leadership changes and we change with it. Not much consistency.
