Work fulltime and manager at my location has flexibility in scheduling. Compensation could be better and annual raises are only 2 percent and have nothing to do with achievements or performance so there is no motivation. Medical insurance needs improvement. It is too expensive.

Encouragement and team work is always used
What makes you most happy at work?
When we get to do our jobs with little micromanaging.

It was quick and generally easy. Asked all the common interview questions
What are some of the best things about your team?
We have a great team and everyone works together to get things done.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
All non union associates should get better raises. Adding some bonuses would be great incentive.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
New Leadership team has taken over and of course they all want to make their own changes to the program. Every two years it seems like Leadership changes and we change with it. Not much consistency.
