The pride they have working for a large name company. Its easily recognized and they carry that weight on their shoulders.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
technicians need to do a $14/hr job but they make just over minimum wage. for that price you simply do not get or keep a quality employee. Simple math is difficult. Simple directions are not followed. There is no initiative to work hard.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Give more decision making power to the store level. Shrink middle management Their role is nearly completely redundant. They do not act ethically towards customers or employees, and will do anything to protect themselves
