The company finds every opportunity to take away from its employees and give more and more to the executives. The executive pay and benefits are way out of line. When someone that makes millions of dollars every year to operate a company and points there finger at employees and calls them greedy!!

My direct coworkers are awesome people who only want to do the best job they can do. But are pushed everyday to chase a number and get the work done at all cost with no regard to quality.

Leadership doesn’t focus on the quality of the team members. They move people in and out as if they were pawns and as if anyone could perform our work. But our work is very specialized, not everyone can do it. So the strong carry the weak while the weak get paid more than the strong.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our breaks are almost non existent due to the fact a "lunch break" is 30 minutes, yet it takes almost 10 minutes to walk to the cafeterias. One way. By the time you get your food break is over.
