Our management seems to sit around and do meetings in safety while they put hardly any effort into their own jobs or managing us to be more effective

Our breaks are almost non existent due to the fact a "lunch break" is 30 minutes, yet it takes almost 10 minutes to walk to the cafeterias. One way. By the time you get your food break is over.
