My team cares about the product and is extremely experienced.

It's an 80/20 rule. Most provide little value with their work. A few folks carry almost the entire operation. These folks are great with comradery and spirit. We come together to make it through.

Focus on improving the numbers that matter to the customer. We consitiently dont care about KPIs and refuse to look at those who are improving and turning around large facilities for those who are more diverse. Doversity is great but you should not sacrifice talent.
They need to improve their workmanship. Become better team players and stop gossiping!
There is no interest to help each other. My coworkers are only focused on trying to get their own jobs done as fast and cheaply as they can, to please their managers.
Bad engineers are promoted quickly into management positions without the capability to do that job. The organization is fully reliant on a few good engineers to ensure the entire house of cards does not fall. It is nit a sustainable strategy.
They could use some morals and principles.
Lead engineers scream at the younger employees. Also leads ask for things thet would never do.
Many are not up to date with current technology best practices and work just hard enough to not get fired.
Quit being so mediocre would help

I work in a small diverse, talented team. The only thing I can think of is some are clock watchers.
Review from Engineering Dept
More experience, more training time so work load is not overwhelming the mature experienced few left.
Review from Customer Support Dept
My team , including myself, needs to learn how to work more effectively with each other. There are a lot of people coming to work and having a bad attitude all day, which makes it hard to want to deal with him/her.
Review from Operations Dept
No one seems to care anymore. And bad attitudes just beget more bad attitudes. Empower your employees, don’t tear them down
