Team Work and being there for each other

My team cares about the product and is extremely experienced.

We work together very well

It's an 80/20 rule. Most provide little value with their work. A few folks carry almost the entire operation. These folks are great with comradery and spirit. We come together to make it through.

They work together as a cohesive one

Diverse, fun, team mentality, mutual issues with weak leadership

Smart, flexible, and always willing to help others

Ingenuity, motivation, desire to design, build and certify the best commercial aircraft in the industry.

They get the work done & well!

Dedicate individuals hampered by corporate policies.

We work well together nad have pride in our work.

My team is comfortable speaking their minds and leadership makes the time to hear and understand diverse inputs

Collaboration, dedication and expertise along with great energy

Passion for the brand and products

Nice, smart people with amazingly great intentions.

Review from Operations Dept

Very engaging and all of them enjoy what they do with regards to supporting the overall mission.

We had 8:30 team meeting every morning and it helps the workers understand the work of the day with priority setup,

Highly skilled and competent team

Overall helpfulness, and willingness to get the job done correctly

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Coworkers need to follow processes to be consistent with the production of their work.

prefer not to answer question

I don’t believe that under performers are separated from those that perform wel

streamline the workflow and make meetings more efficient

Review from Operations Dept

Focus on improving the numbers that matter to the customer. We consitiently dont care about KPIs and refuse to look at those who are improving and turning around large facilities for those who are more diverse. Doversity is great but you should not sacrifice talent.

They need to improve their workmanship. Become better team players and stop gossiping!

There is no interest to help each other. My coworkers are only focused on trying to get their own jobs done as fast and cheaply as they can, to please their managers.

Bad engineers are promoted quickly into management positions without the capability to do that job. The organization is fully reliant on a few good engineers to ensure the entire house of cards does not fall. It is nit a sustainable strategy.

They could use some morals and principles.

Lead engineers scream at the younger employees. Also leads ask for things thet would never do.

Many are not up to date with current technology best practices and work just hard enough to not get fired.

Quit being so mediocre would help

Review from Engineering Dept

We need a better leader to help create the correct atmosphere.

Review from Operations Dept

less meetings, more problem solving.

Review from Engineering Dept

There needs to be a better team work enviroment

Review from Customer Support Dept

I work in a small diverse, talented team. The only thing I can think of is some are clock watchers.

Review from Engineering Dept

More experience, more training time so work load is not overwhelming the mature experienced few left.

Review from Customer Support Dept

My team , including myself, needs to learn how to work more effectively with each other. There are a lot of people coming to work and having a bad attitude all day, which makes it hard to want to deal with him/her.

Review from Operations Dept

No one seems to care anymore. And bad attitudes just beget more bad attitudes. Empower your employees, don’t tear them down

Review from Operations Dept

Not think they are the only reason the company makes money. Learn humility
