Boeing Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Healthcare, Boeing IAM have extremely good healthcare coverage for a very affordable rate

You are able to design yoir package

Medica, dental and vision insurance

Without a doubt, the best benefits package I have ever seen. Great 401k, great medical and dental. Employee stock program is good for folks looking to purchase stock at a discount.

PTO & Vacation days accumulate fast.

Its all good and anyone who complains never had a real job!

I get paid very well and happy

Continued 401K matching and benefits package, in many cases cannot be matched. Stock benefit is only based on employee purchase. No stock offering to Individual contributors at Boeing,

The stimmy checks hit. Done got me a series x off that first paycheck shout out Bills Gates

401k match is phenomenal. Medical coverage and plan options are impressive.

The pay and 401k match

Flexibility and work life balance

Very well compensated beyond average

Benefits are top notch and varied

The bonus package which is fair.

Amazing insurance rates with top quality coverage! Working for world wide services almost everywhere i have gone is in network nationwide!

A latge salary comparing to others in the industy

75th percentile and knowing we are taken care if

The health insurance is decent and covers what I most need to be covered for my family. Additional insurance as well is affordable (like add'l life insurance, etc.)

Health insurance benefits and gym reimbursement policy.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Recent furloughs have driven down salaries causing employees hardship. Executive compensation needs completely restructured.

wages falling well below inflation and prices

Better medical benifits and retirement.

could have been better if gets the onsite opportunity

If we got 30% plus raises.

If they paid electricians an electricians wage.

Someone more stupid than me got more salary

Being paid a fair amount.

Pay for similar work at other local companies is at least 20% higher. Decades of experience no longer valued.

Managements solution to any production problem is to have people work overtime. I understand the need but if a person is made to work overtime the OT pay should be more

More equity in the strategic developmment of the future of the company instead of seek speak and listen . Also offer K through M the ability to purchase stock options.

Executive compensation is extremely good for the constant negative news and corporate bludeds. Maybe they should take s paycut. We do have 50 +. billion in debt.

Diversity emphasized over meeting qualifications

Stock Options, Sock purchase plan, higher salary and or bonus.

Review from Engineering Dept

Pay is below market average given my experience. But the opportunities that have been presented to me plus the good work environment make the job worthwhile.

Hard work goes unnoticed. Lack of management help to further careers. Sometimes it feels like there may be a target on your back!

yes finally the union finally did your job

Review from Customer Support Dept

Have pay & promotions that are competitive with the market

My compensation is not competitive relative to other engineering fields. I have had to plead my case to multiple levels of management for every raise, and have even had to threaten to quit. It would be better if I was payed a competitive rate, and my managers advocated to improve my compensation.

Being promoted equitably with management positions as a technical fellow... equivocal restricted stock units, office space, etc.
