What does the leadership team need to get better at?
they all talk terribly about employees. My managers bribed me and everhone else with raises to stay and even though i was the first person offered one i am the only one who hasnt received the promise AND APPROVED raise, almost 6 months later

Disowning me in private because of something I "did". Making me feel like an ant when I have done nothing wrong. I was quick at what I did and made the customers happy when nobody was around, again on my first and second day of work I was doing stuff I didn't have to do because I wasn't trained.

Better management. We should have store meetings, but we don't.

When ive only worked for 2 days and people are already talking behind my back because my confidence comes off as cocky, but when I was working with those people they didn't say anything too me and one of them was a manager that could have said something to me.

Due to extremely high turnover rates, we are always understaffed. Over half the crew is new hires and therefore untrained.
