When I reached 10 years of service i started end 3 and a 1/2 weeks of P. TOA year.

No benefits we offered, made to feel as if it was a privledge to not work during school time, so in all not benefits, no flexible schedule, overworked (2 people to a shift), etc
The acholarship foundation, it really look like its just a ponzy scheem to take my money and put it in your pockets, like i want a scholarship and not get the runaround about why its not accessable
