Depending on the managers, they're alright. The general manager is insufferable though.

i am just a shift manager but even before they finally promoted me i’ve been doing tasks that are above my pay grad
our leadership team is our manager Jolene, she is the workhorse leading the charge. and is always on top of the things that are needed to be done
Not much to be honest
Excellent picked by the best
Clear and consice directions and expectations
Accessible for problem solving. They respond in a reasonable time when reached out to by email. Or phone message or text.
Always willing to help teach or train.
Good team to work with
We are a team that helps each other
They are really looking óut for you and your growth, to the company and as a person
Everything they are happy and let me know when I'm in the wrong but listen to me and hear what I say
Nothing really i just step up because the Gerenal manager. Informed me that my pay would go up to 13dollars an hours. I been working for Arbys 2 yrs longer than any one in the building. And all the shift leards get pay more than me
Wonderful they really step up and show you....
Clear about what everybody needs to do and stays on them making sure they are doing it right.
Organization friendly team is wonderful
We need to talk because your general person in charge has violated a lot of laws against many employees. So please contact me....
Always working as a team
The way I said if you have time to lean you have time to clean that goes with any restaurant
Always friendly, ready to help when needed
Better management, fresh produce training, sanitation
Talking to their employees better.
Coaching, And not getting up in your face when you mess an order up!!
More respect for their employees
Delegation, communication, respect, consequences, fair staffing. Not sceduling one uncertified person to close their second day with just the manager.
Communication customer service not getting food out on time
Review from Customer Support Dept
On everything they do and how they treat customers and employees
Communication and respect for others.
Being here period. Lead by example
Communication, consistency, following thru with scheduling requests and accommodations, and have more care and transparency thru the whole management staff not just one person, and believe your employees when they voice concerns about other employees work ethic or wrong doing.
Review from Sales Dept
Treating others like people not objects
Talking to employees respectfully, not throwing things at us, Treating the employees badly only brings the morale down and this will cause everything to roll downhill onto the customers and the customers deserve great customer service.
Managing and giving hours to people that need it and not the people that dont want to work.
Review from Sales Dept
Being polite and not talking shit about their coworkers as managers
Focus on people and development
The manager does not show leadership for team members people cloud whatever they want to do smoke breaking is 55 minutes disappearing of the shifts
Review from Operations Dept
Taking responsibility and not blaming everyone beneath them.
In the store the assistant manager is in the GM do their best with what we got but we're given very little to work with. The leaders outside of the store that are in control of the franchise building need to be more involved and more open and honest about the situation with the business.
Communication and accountability are absent.
Treating their employees with respect, talking to us appropriately, ensuring the safety of the customers, offering assistance when needed, and scheduling .
