Knowing when the person doing interviews is avalible.

Its ok, just dont try and make it look like youre a fortune five hundrend company and theyre choosing and executive

Actually hire people that want to work and have common sense

She just hires anybody and don't really care about the background.

Contact your workers and dont make them chace you down.

Stop lying about the position the employee is going to be in. Typically it is said that if you're promised a position you're not going to be working at that position.

Real training, as opposed to watching videos and being put on the floor prematurely.

I actually didn't ever get a proper interview so I wouldn't know what it's like I just got unprofessional thrown in

the things we were asked were so out of line and it took months of reaching out to even get an answer back

Actually interview people and not just hire teenagers.

Well the manager was misgendering me the whole time so maybe having them not do that

The general manger at my location is aggressive and uses swearing and loudness to try to assert authority before the individual even has a chance to start work. 60 percent of interviewed people never show up again.
