Stop lying about the position the employee is going to be in. Typically it is said that if you're promised a position you're not going to be working at that position.
Real training, as opposed to watching videos and being put on the floor prematurely.
I actually didn't ever get a proper interview so I wouldn't know what it's like I just got unprofessional thrown in
