I would just like them to actually do something about the bullies and hostile work conditions. The bullies also are the higher ups buddies so nothing ever gets done. You're bullied for doing your job and for not being okay with the bully being unnecessary to the point of screaming in people's faces.

They are very professional, but also very personal. They listen, and they help you in times of crisis. They actually care about their emplyees. I've never worked for a better company. Very blessed to have gotten this opportunity to be a part of the Tyson family!

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Hire more US citizens there is a communication and language problem and one of their plants in Jacksonville Florida most employees are immigrants and they do not speak English so basically you have to train yourself when you come in because the employees do not speak English 80% immigrants 10% US
