    Favoritism by management and supervisors.Treat people equal and supervisors needs to act as if they are equal and not management's pet/besty

  • Some of my Supervisors and Managment Team doesn't say, "Good Job", they just think it's all about them and not Tyson, it's sad.

  • Favoritism is rampant. This plant puts $ 1st & TMs last. Plant Man & Asst P. M. demoralize, curse & yell at Supervisors. Replace management.

    The company run the chain faster producing more product but we are under pay..other plants start the employee with better pay.

  • it is not rewarding at all. the management cares nothing about the employees, even if it is said that there is a weapons threat, it is of no concern to the management one way or another- NONE AT ALL!

  • Maintenance needs to hire electricians they can train to be mechanics rather than hiring mechanics and hoping they will have aptitude in the electrical field.

  • Stop with each shift trying to crap on the next only. Get folks more help. And start trying to help folks improve and more up that are all ready here

    Sadly, there is no interview process. The applicant comes in with other applicants. They tour the plant seeing us perform different jobs. Then the applicant decides if the job works for them . the only thing they ask is if the shift they are hiring for works for them. This is bad in the way some people cannot actually perform the job or even show up.
